Hudson River

The Narrows is the entrance to New York harbor between Long Island and Staten Island, spanned by the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge which was the longest suspension bridge in the world from 1964 to 1981. The bridge is also the southern entrance to the Hudson River route, an uncontrolled corridor for visual flight along Manhattan. More information...
